Refund policy

Because our products are intimate and for personal use, your health and safety come first. Please read the policy below before placing an order.

All Sales Final Once Opened

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been opened, unsealed, worn, used, or otherwise not in its original factory condition and packaging. This includes items with broken hygiene seals or missing protective packaging.

Eligible Returns (Unopened Items Only)

Unopened, unused items in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Items sent back without an approved RMA will be refused.

To request an RMA, email sales@pleasuretreasurz.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We will provide the correct return address and instructions once your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions)

  • Any opened or unsealed item

  • Lingerie and apparel (panties, bodysuits, stockings, hosiery)

  • Lubricants, oils, creams, massage products, cosmetics, supplements

  • Condoms, intimate wipes, cleaners, and other consumables

  • Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Promotion only

  • Gift cards and downloadable products

  • Batteries and items with missing accessories, manuals, or packaging

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within the timeframes below. We will make it right with a replacement or refund after review.

  • Damaged or defective: Report within 7 days of delivery

  • Wrong item received or missing items: Report within 72 hours of delivery

Email sales@pleasuretreasurz.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or short video showing the problem and packaging. Please keep all packaging until your case is resolved.

Note: After 30 days from delivery, some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. In those cases, we may direct you to the manufacturer for the quickest resolution.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items that qualify under the section above. For preference changes (color, size, style), please see “Eligible Returns.”

Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned to us as refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed may be reshipped at your request once any reship fees and shipping costs are paid. If a refund is approved on an unopened return, outbound shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

  • If you have not received a refund after 15 business days from our approval, please contact us at sales@pleasuretreasurz.com.

International Orders & EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. This right does not apply to sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, which includes most intimate products sold by Pleasure Treasurz.
