At Pleasure Treasurz, we take great care to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and discreetly.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to our store name or the nature of the contents.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, items may ship in multiple packages from different fulfillment centers. Each package will have its own tracking number, which you’ll receive via email once shipped.
Where Do You Ship From?
We ship from multiple distribution centers across the United States. Orders may also occasionally ship directly from a brand partner’s warehouse to speed up delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Custom or specialty items may require additional handling time, which will be noted on the product page.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.
Orders to Canada usually arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed once packages are in carrier possession.
Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Signature & Delivery
Most orders shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx do not require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer signature confirmation for additional security, please contact us prior to placing your order.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship many items to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses; however, some larger or restricted items may require a physical street address. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you before processing.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, weather conditions, or customs processing. If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out to us at sales@pleasuretreasurz.com so we can assist in locating it.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. Orders returned to us as undeliverable or refused will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee once received back in unopened condition.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping outside the U.S. and Canada is limited. If you are located elsewhere and wish to place an order, please contact sales@pleasuretreasurz.com for availability and a custom quote.
